About Adroit Industries

Adroit Industries (India) Ltd. makes propeller shafts and torque-transmission components for driveline systems. The company runs a vertically integrated operation that covers forging, precision machining, heat treatment, assembly, balancing and testing. Its catalogue holds more than 5,000 SKUs, split between precision-machined torque-transmission parts, complete propeller shaft assemblies and forged components. Customers are distributors, Tier-1 driveline suppliers and OEMs, and they buy for commercial vehicles, SUVs, defence and emergency services, heavy equipment, off-highway machinery and industrial uses. Manufacturing sits at facilities in Madhya Pradesh, including Dewas and Pithampur, where subsidiary Adroit Driveshafts Private Limited operates. In Fiscal 2026 the company shipped to customers in more than 32 countries across North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Named customers include Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited, BEML Limited, VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology India Private Limited and Oilgear India Private Limited. The company and its subsidiary employed 367 permanent staff as of July 31, 2026. It is registered in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, and incorporated in 1995.
