6. E-sign the document with an Aadhaar OTP.
7. The nominee will be added to the Demat account within 24-48 hours.

2. Fill in the form with the required details.
3. Affix your signatures and witnesses
4. Send the form along with the necessary documents to the Stock Broker Address
